| MYSTERY QUILT
No. 100
This mystery quilt involves one block with three patches. The quilt size is 61”x 61”. Below are the instructions for choosing fabric. Each month you will receive a new segment of this quilt.
FABRICS:
This mystery quilt is done using four different fabrics. They are:
One Dark Fabric 2 Yards
One Focus Fabric 3 Yards
One Light 1 ½ Yards
One Medium Light or Bright Fabric 3/4 Yard
Your fabrics need to have enough contrast to offer a definite distinction between them. Ex. You would not want a small light pink print and a medium peach print. If your focus fabric is a dark print then you may want to change the Dark Fabric listed above to a light or contrasting color. If you do this please change one of the light fabrics to a dark. Ex. Your focus fabric is a deep purple you may want to change the Dark Fabric to a light or medium color to contrast with the purple. If not they will blend too much and not offer the contrast needed in this quilt. |
